Monster.com Partners With KSDC To Provide 6 Lakh Jobs

Monster.com has signed an MoU with the Karnataka Skill Development Corporation (KSDC) to assist people in finding jobs available around the country.

The partnership aims to provide career-based learning and employment opportunities through initiatives.
Monster is going to grant a directory to 1,86,552 skilled students from KSDC, which will feature more than six lakh job listings. KSDC can post the list on the website.

This is not all; candidates will also get an opening to Monster’s job fairs, such as Triumph, Aspire, Velocity, and have access to its webinars, Monster employment index, and knowledge centre, which will aid them in making a more informed choice about the kind of job they want to do.

Dr CN Ashwath Narayan, minister for IT, BT, S&T, and skill development, Government of Karnataka, said that the government is spending a lot of resources on employment creation. Its aim is to see that every able citizen of the country has a job.

Sekhar Garisa, CEO, Monster APAC and ME, believes the partnership between the two organisations is going to help address the most important issues in the job market; to create jobs for people and equip them with skills required by the industry.

The partnership will also help the young generation get jobs just as they graduate from college, so that they aren’t forced to sit idle due to lack of job openings.
